Agreement on data submission in goBETA

Welcome to deposit or publish your data ongoBETA (“go BEyond the data: Center of Data Sharing for Networked System Research”). Before your submission, please pay attention to the following:
1. By uploading your data, you agree on all the conditions in goBETATerms of Service.Please learn about the T&C ahead.
2. It is the depositors' responsibility to make sure that the data to be submitted and any supplementary materials should contain no violation of any existing copyright, other third party rights or any libelous or untrue statements and infringe no rights of others; the content abides by China's law -- no political mistake, no military or technological information disclosure, no privacy infringement, no information potentially harmful to public security; all authors have agreed on intellectual property rights, the name of author, the order of author names in case of multiauthored contribution, the order of affiliation names, and so forth. In case of any non-conformation or violation, authors will be charged with a certain amount of payment.
3. Images involving national or provincial boundaries should be in accordance with the latest standard base map as released by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People's Republic of ChinaImages certified by authorities or drawn by certified cartographers will also be accepted.
4.The access and reuse of your dataset shall abide by CC0、 CC BY 4.0、CC BY-SA 4.0、CC BY-ND 4.0、CC BY-NC 4.0、CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 or CC BY-NC-ND 4.0

Appendix:Creative Commons license

goBETA数据提交须知

欢迎您选择goBETA (“go BEyond the daTA：Center of Data Sharing for Networked System Research”）存储发布您的数据成果。请您在使用goBETA时，注意以下事项：
1. 提交数据即视为接受goBETA站点《服务条款》内的所有内容。请您提交前知悉站点服务条款内的内容。
2. 文责自负。数据作者须要保证存储数据内容符合国家法律规定，且无政治错误、无军事和科学技术泄密情况，不涉及侵犯隐私、危害公共安全等的不当信息；保证全体数据作者的署名、排序以及多单位合作的单位排序等无异议，且无知识产权纠纷。如出现上述任何情况，由数据提交者承担一切责任并赔偿站点损失。
3. 凡涉及国界线和两个以上省级行政区的图件，请按自然资源部最新标准底图绘制。如由有地图回执资质的单位制作或审图证明亦可。
4.任何提交至goBETA的数据集，数据所有者都保留其数据所有权，而非转移至goBETA。但goBETA将拥有数据的治理权和数据的传播权。
5. goBETA上发表的数据集以及相关信息均按照 CC0 、 CC BY 4.0、CC BY-SA 4.0、CC BY-ND 4.0、 CC BY-NC 4.0、CC BY-NC-SA 4.0、CC BY-NC-ND 4.0原则公开和使用。

附：CC (Creative Commons) 协议列表

1. 署名（CC-BY）：(这是最宽松的协议版本，其余协议均包含BY的内容，它可以简单表述为：)只要在使用时署名，那么使用者可以对本创作进行转载、节选、混编、二次创作以及商业目的使用。

2. 署名-非商业性使用 （CC-BY-NC）：只要在使用、公开时进行署名，那么使用者可以对本创作进行转载、节选、混编、二次创作，但不得将本创作或由本创作衍生的创作运用于商业目的。
